No one has been able to successfully define, scope, deliver and measure themselves on innovation. This is more of an issue in IT as people tend to sway towards two ends of the spectrum - one where all continuous improvements and minor service improvements are termed innovation and the other where only radical transformations are acknowledged as innovatoins.Is one of the two spectrums the answer? or is there a middle path to this innovation connundrom?
