Manoj Menon is the Senior Vice President leading Operations at SunGard Global Technology. He is responsible for aligning key functions such as HR, IT and Marketing, as SunGard rapidly builds scale in its global solution centres in India, China and Tunisia. 

Manoj joined SunGard, India in the year 2010. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Barclays Technology Centre, India and has held senior management positions at other leading companies. Manoj has over 20 years of experience and specializes in offshore strategy and capacity creation, leadership development, operations excellence and governance. 

Manoj graduated from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, with a Master of Management Studies (MMS) degree.
