Over the years, he has worked with the three largest health insurance companies in the world and has led multiple technology transformation programs aimed at simplifying business processes and providing better care solutions. His role is best described as an enabler to optimize business processes, integrating technology with business to provide meaningful solutions and an innovation champion. Pankaj is currently leading Technology for UnitedHealth Group from Global locations; he has also set up innovation development center focused on leveraging upcoming technologies such as mobility and BPM to bring a change in the way healthcare is delivered across the globe”
