Practice Manager Santhosh Kumar leads the Transformational Business & Telecom Software Product Solution of Wipro's Telecom Equipment Vendor business.

Santhosh is a Practice Manager of Wipro’s Telecom Equipment Vertical. In this role he leads the transformational business, strategic alliances & partnership, mergers & acquisitions and Telecom software product solutions. In a career spanning over 14 years, Santhosh has rich experience in Networking and Embedded Sectors and has played key strategic roles creating and nurturing new business.

Santhosh has broad range of experience across industry ecosystem players ranging from silicon manufactures, equipment vendors and operators. Santhosh’s current interests include collaborative innovation in telecom ecosystem; next generation converged networks and network security; providing enhanced value to different stakeholders in the telecom ecosystem like consumers, operators, equipment manufacturers & silicon providers and restructuring relationships to innovate in current telecom industry crisis. He is a regular speaker at both technical and business related conferences ,most recently representing Wipro at the ITU Telecoms world 2012 held in Dubai.

Santhosh holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science and a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Santhosh is currently based in Bangalore.
