Srinath Siddalgatta is the VP and Country Head of Pace in India. He has been with Pace for over 5 years now.

Pace is a leading technology developer for pay TV and broadband service providers. Pace was founded in 1982 and is listed on the London Stock Exchange. The Pace global FY2012 Revenue was $2.4 billion and Pace employs over 2000 across various geographies.

Srinath has over 22 years of Industry experience working globally with geographically distributed customers, partners and suppliers. He has significant working experience in Industrial Process Automation and Consumer Electronics industry. Strong experience in setting up new businesses and development groups over the last 10 years.

For the first 10 years of his career, Srinath worked in various capacities in the Swedish Swiss Multinational, ABB [Asea Brown Boveri] and has a strong domain experience in Process Automation and Control Systems. He has the Business Unit P&L responsibility at ABB.

Prior to working for Pace, he was at the Philips at its Innovation Campus at Bangalore, India. For about 8 years and during his tenure, he managed various sectors such as Mobile communications, Wireless Connectivity, Home Controls and Digital Video STB technologies.
