Srini joined Bally Technologies in September 2005 as Vice President & Managing Director with the responsibility of establishing and leading Bally’s India Development Center. Srini currently serves as Sr. Vice President Asia Pacific & Africa and Managing Director India, with overall responsibility for Asia, Australia / New Zealand, Africa and the India Development Centers. Prior to joining Bally, Srini established the development center and professional services organization of Manhattan Associates in India and developed the center as the services and support hub for customers in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe. During Srini’s tenure in Bally the company has grown its R&D capabilities by 170 % and it is no coincidence that revenue during this period grew 102%.

Srini has a varied and extensive experience across multiple organisations including the Electrical Engineering Department of IIT Madras, founding member at ControlNet, global EDA leader Cadence Design Systems, PepsiCo and Hindustan Computers Limited.

Srini has deep interest in education opportunities for children and is actively involved with Educational Initiatives, an organization working in the area of enabling effective learning and affecting qualitative improvements in India’s educational system. He also works with Chinmaya Mission, a spiritual renaissance movement. Srini enjoys interacting with individuals as well as groups and addresses them on various subjects ranging from leadership and team working to corporate behavior and social responsibility. He has an Honors Degree in Economics and a Diploma in Management from Delhi University.
