Subi brings to ADP more than fifteen years of leadership experience in the Information Technology domain with focus on software product development and services. Prior to joining ADP, Subi has worked for many notable companies including Optimal Solutions, Oracle, PeopleSoft and i2 Technologies. 

Most recently, he held the position of Managing Director at Optimal Solutions which is a boutique SAP services firm focused on providing value added solutions and services to its customers world wide.  Subi’s responsibilities included generating sales in India, developing value added solutions, delivering SAP implementations for both India & US customers and running all the operations including finance, legal and HR for Optimal India. 

Prior to Optimal, Subi was heading the product development teams for PeopleSoft at Oracle.  His responsibilities included managing product development and operations for the development teams for the PeopleSoft product suite.  Subi was also responsible for leading some of the product development teams in the supply chain domain for the Oracle suite of products. 

Before Oracle, Subi worked for more than 7 years at i2Technologies, a leading supply chain software product and services company.  He spent the first 5 years in Dallas, Texas and then the last two years in India, moving a lot of product development work for i2 technologies to its bangalore center 

Subi has a Ph.D from University of Maryland (USA), College park, Masters from Indian Institute of Science, and bachelors from IIT-Chennai. 

Subi’s family includes his wife Vidya who is a Montessori teacher and two children, Akshar (aged 9 years) and Nethra (4 years)
